HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send an invoice in which you can pay by debit or credit card via PayPal, Venmo, or square, unless you specify that you would like to pay cash upon delivery. For orders under $600, payment must be made in full to secure date of service. For orders over $600, we require 50% payment at time of booking and the outstanding amount due 7 days prior to delivery/event.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY AND SET UP COST?
Most Savour & Grazing platters will be created immediately before delivery, however in some cases we prefer to set up on-site to ensure it’s in perfect condition and as photo worthy as possible. For Savour & Grazing tables, we require specific amounts of time for set up which will be discussed with you at time of booking. Delivery is free within 15 miles of the Portland metro area.

15-30 miles from PDX: $25
30-45 miles from PDX: $50
45-60 miles from PDX: $75
60+ miles from PDX: $100*
HOW DO I GET THE BOARDS BACK TO YOU?
We will work with you to schedule a time to pick up our boards/materials from grazing boards and tables after your event or the following day.
WHERE DOES THE PRODUCE COME FROM?
Savour & Graze purchases all food for our boards and tables from local markets and farmers markets whenever possible/in season. We commit to high quality ingredients and strive to deliver organic and local items as much as possible.

IF I’VE INQUIRED ABOUT A DATE, DOES THAT MEAN THAT MY ORDER IS LOCKED IN?
A board/table is only secured once payment has been made. Unfortunately, due to high demand, particularly on weekends, we cannot hold a place for anyone who has not made payment.
